Getting started with MatxFlow

MatxFlow brings maintenance information together, from the moment a need is reported until the work order is closed. Here are the concepts you need to get started.

Core concepts

  • Equipment: the assets you maintain; every work order is linked to one. Learn more
  • Tickets: a maintenance request, qualified and then tracked until it is closed.
  • Work orders: the work carried out in the field, with its time, findings and consumables. Learn more
  • Technicians: the people work orders are assigned to. Learn more
  • Forms: the information to collect for each type of work. Learn more

The life of a request

RequestQualificationSchedulingWorkValidationClosure

Scheduling places the work order in the technician's schedule without overlaps. The technician then carries out the work and completes it; the ticket is validated and then closed.

Monitoring activity

The maintenance dashboard shows, for a given day, ticket progress, equipment that is down and technician workload. Each technician's dashboard traces their activity over a period.
