What MatxFlow does.
Requests and tickets, scheduling, mobile app, forms, equipment and downtime, working time, consumables, dashboards and data exchange. The following pages and the documentation cover each of these in detail.
From request to ticket closure.
MatxFlow handles a maintenance request through to its validation, and what the technician does in between.
Requests and tickets
A request is recorded, qualified, then tracked by status until it is closed.
Scheduling
The work order is placed in the schedule of an active technician, without overlapping their other work orders.
Mobile app
The technician checks the day's schedule, then starts, pauses and completes work orders from the Android app.
Work order forms
Measurements, choices, photos, files, signature, and fields that only appear when the situation calls for them.
Equipment, time, consumables and dashboards.
Every work order is linked to a piece of equipment and a technician. What is recorded during the work feeds the history and the dashboards.
Equipment and downtime
Work order history per piece of equipment, downtime with its reason, and returns to service.
Working and break time
Start, pauses, resumptions and end are time-stamped; working time, break time and elapsed time are kept separate.
Consumables
The consumables used are recorded on the work order with their quantities.
Dashboards
A maintenance dashboard for a given day, and a dashboard per technician over a period.
Excel, ERP and internal applications.
Excel export is available on the relevant screens. Exchanges with an ERP or an internal application depend on the interfaces your systems provide and are reviewed case by case.
Excel
Export from the screens that offer it; import of a prepared file on some screens.
ERP and internal systems
Equipment, work orders and statuses can be exchanged when the interfaces allow it.
