An application developed or used by your organization, such as a request portal or an equipment database, can exchange data with MatxFlow depending on the architecture chosen.

Use cases

• Equipment synchronization: the list kept in your application is carried over into MatxFlow.
• Forwarding maintenance requests: a request entered in your application creates a ticket in MatxFlow.
• Returning work order statuses: the progress of the ticket is sent back to your application.

Conditions

The exchange mechanisms depend on what your application exposes (API, database, files) and on the direction of the exchanges. They are defined with your IT team.
