SOLUTION · MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT

Tracking maintenance activity and its indicators.

For a given day, the maintenance dashboard shows ticket progress, equipment that is down and how the workload is spread across technicians. The technician dashboard covers each technician's activity over a period.

Maintenance dashboard

The dashboard for a day of maintenance.

For the selected day, the dashboard sets planned activity against completed activity, alongside unavailable equipment and team workload. It is calculated from the events actually recorded, not just the current status of tickets.

  1. Tickets

Qualified, scheduled, in progress, completed and closed. A completed ticket is counted on the day the work was finished, according to its history.

  2. Technicians

Number of work orders assigned and completed per technician, from the busiest to the least busy.

  3. Schedule

Work orders by technician and by date, filterable by date, technician and status without changing the other indicators.

Equipment downtime

Machines that are down and machines returned to service.

Downtime is linked to the ticket it concerns, with its start time and reason. The dashboard shows ongoing downtime and the day's returns to service.

  1. Ongoing downtime

Equipment, related ticket, start time, reason and status of the downtime. A machine is only counted once, even if its history contains several stoppages.

  2. Returns to service

Start and end of the downtime, return-to-service time and reason, for equipment returned to service during the day.

  3. History

Downtime remains available in the equipment history, together with the related work orders.

Technician activity

Each technician's activity over a period.

The technician dashboard is based on when work orders are actually started, not on assignment alone, over a day, a week, a month or a year.

  1. Tickets taken on

Started, in progress, completed, and not carried out when an assigned ticket is cancelled before it is started.

  2. Time

Working time, break time and elapsed time, as totals and as averages per work order.

  3. Consumables

The consumables used over the period, with their quantities. The total adds up different units (piece, litre, kilogram) and should be read with care.

  4. Activity chart

Work orders started and completed, working and break time, by hour for a day and by day for a week or a month.
